So I definitely should be sewing napkins for an upcoming wedding. or cleaning my house. or putting finishing touches on gifts in the making. However. Have you noticed how every where you look school is on the horizon? So instead of sewing, gifting, and cleaning. I found these fun school-related items on etsy. And I fell in love. Isn't this the perfect start to the alphabet? And of course we all need calendars. This. Would definitely keep me on track. Me too :) { source. Ok, now I really should be sewing.

Will be, a very-merry Christmas. And that it was. I love Christmas. A lot. And didn't mind one bit that we had four of them this year. We spend Christmas Eve making memories with my husband's wonderful family. Christmas Day it was my family's turn, and we hosted! Matt and I both really love hosting, and realized after the day was over that we are going to need a larger dwelling place in order to continue doing so comfortably. Especially with Baby on the way :). Here's to a million more! Love and fur,.

How is it already Tuesday? Is it just me, or are the days passing so quickly? Someone, make it stop! This Thanksgiving I hosted for the first time ever. However, I did not make everything. We have a tiny kitchen and 2.4 other Thanksgiving dinners to attend each year- making it nearly impossible for me to make it all. So everyone pitched in- and it was delish! Love and be merry,. Links to this post. Well this Christmas, I'm super excited to share with you something that is dear to my heart. A way we c...

The year we were Trolls. We didn't really want to look naked (that's not very flattering.) So we went with themed trolls. Those existed too. Then we were Lawn Gnomes. Seriously. Hilarious. My beard looks so real- just sayin'. I also like to dress up just to hand out candy. This was an "I already have all the stuff (which also means I was meant to really be this in real life) in my closet" costume. Gypsy. And remember when I dressed up just to go to opening night of The Hunger Games? Love and kit-kats,.

Oh, praise Him}. Sometimes you just need to know life is going to work out. That everything is going to be okay. I've been pondering a lot of "life" things, lately. We don't always feel that way- depending on what may be going on. But it's the truth, is it not? Doesn't it always start to look up at some point? I'm believing for that. Hoping in it. Trusting the Lord. I can see a light at the end of this tunnel. and for that I am happier than I thought I would be. Oh happy day loves! Links to this post.

Believe it or not, Blake turned 2 months old. On Thursday. Whaaa? I know- where in the world did the time go! This is my first go around with this "growing up fast" thing, so for all you pros out there, you understand. But I'm still like. whaaa. He basically rocks at being a baby. I'm convinced #2 will be a devil child. Isn't that how the cards usually deal out? But seriously. he's already great at holding his head up and we rarely do tummy-time (whoops! And look at this:. He did a hilarious.

At this time three weeks ago I was pregnant. Eternally pregnant, I thought. Did you feel that way? I think every woman gets to that point where you're thinking "Um. I think I'm going to be this way forever". We waited 6 more days to be exact. Actually, it was more like 8 days. But contractions started the party on Friday at 2am. 46 hours later, our beloved Blake Matthew graced us with his presence. The best Mother's Day present ever. Links to this post. I had all these great plans to blog a head. prepare to be gone, you know. get ready to leave the country for a bit. But nooo. We had raw sewage back up in our kitchen at work two days ago. raw. sewage. But I leave for Sweden in two days. If I focus on that, I think I can make it. I hope. Did I mention raw sewage.
