Monday, July 20, 2009. 4th of July Weekend. Over the weekend we spent a lot of time in D.C. Here are some of our highlights! Hanging out at the playground by Nichole's house. Time and the girls at the Castle gardens. Gavin at the Manassas Battlefield ( a little ways from D.C.). Audrey, Cady and Gavin at the Museum of American History. All of us hanging out on the Mall. We just happen to be there during the Folk Life Festival. Cady and Gavin on the carousel on the Mall. 4th of July in Virginia.

Monday, February 16, 2009. We finally made it to North Carolina! It took us 4 1/2 long days of driving. We had lots of fun singing and talking on the way. Thursday, September 23, 2010. Front porch of George Washington's. The view is spectacular! George Washington's home Mt. Vernon was beautiful! Aubrey in the very center of the United States Capitol. It was so hot and humid, but the kids did a fabulous job walking the entire mall from the Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial with many museums in between. We loved visiting Thomas Jefferson's home Monticello. RESTORING HONOR RALLY 8/28. By restoring honor in our own life we will leave freedom. The Betsy Ross Home.
