Oh Schist!: May 2015
http://schistosity.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 2, 2015. I haven't been here in a while. I've just not been in the mood to blog, but lately I've been more in the mood. I was looking at Weebly. As a possibility, but in the long run I think sticking with this is best. I think it's best to put everything in one spot, since I'm not a big famous blogger with time to figure out a complex website system! Anyhow, here's what I've done the last couple of days. It looks pretty damn good as is! You can barely see the potatoes poking through in the ...

Oh Schist!: December 2013
http://schistosity.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Ta ta, 2013. Not sorry to see you go. It wasn't all bad, but things sure started out stressful! Here's our year, in one picture for each month. Broken leg, broken leg, broken leg. Still broken, but slightly more mobile! We started to get out now and then. Time to get back into the garden! We had a couple of sunny days and I was able to clean up a bit. A rare dry day during a very wet spring. The secret highlight was stopping at 7-11 so he could buy a banana. A very busy month!

Oh Schist!: May 2013
http://schistosity.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 1, 2013. On Sunday I trekked down to the Holland Happening street fair and carnival. Christine couldn't make it, but I took one for the team and headed down there by myself. The following pictures are just a smattering of the things I saw on this incredibly thrilling journey. I took a lot more - of the dodgy rides, for instance, but haven't gone through them all yet. It's my late night for working. Okay Sit down and hang on. There was one Dutch bakery booth, so I guess that counts. I also ...

Oh Schist!: February 2013
http://schistosity.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 22, 2013. Today I will share with you some of the books I've been reading recently. I just finished two graphic memoirs. I have a love-hate relationship with graphic novels - not the least of which is what do you call graphic non-fiction? Next up we have "Marbles" by Ellen Forney, another comic artist who happens to live in Seattle (I liked the local touch, especially her little map of traveling to Doe Bay and the commentary about how long it took! Should you read these books? I'll be pl...

Oh Schist!: Electronic making
http://schistosity.blogspot.com/2015/01/electronic-making.html
Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Today, my making consisted of electronic endeavors. I've been investigating online video editors for work, so I messed around with a site called WeVideo. There may be a few more of these before I'm finished. That's not the music in this video, but it could be next. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. What I said already. Oh Schist!: February 2015
http://schistosity.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 12, 2015. Time for a sanity check. Heading out tomorrow for a couple of days of fresh salt air at the coast. I will not be complete until I see Clark contemplating a sturgeon. We're taking our bikes, and this is one of the sights along the seaside trail. I'm sure there will be many other things to see as well. Sad as it is to lose Syd, there are certainly benefits to being pet free while traveling. We can stay in any room. I get to take my bicycle. I'll be able to take more photos.

Oh Schist!: February 2014
http://schistosity.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 15, 2014. We headed off to the ocean for our (almost) annual Darwin Day adventure. Last year we missed it, due to the dreaded broken leg. It would have been just silly to go to the coast and sit in a cottage and do nothing, when we could do the same thing at home for free! Syd got to run free on the beach a few times, and he really enjoyed it. Especially when he discovered the dead crabs, and ate lots of crab legs. Naughty dog! Things started out a bit rainy and wet. Oh Schist!: June 2015
http://schistosity.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Ideal after Strange occasions. Look at this lovely and convincing comment I got on an old blog I did for work years ago! Apparently PVC vases are a thing that must be sold via humorously worded spam. An incredibly frigid vase that expands already your eyes! Made of PVC vases. This doesn’t look like much until you carry out it with invalid and watch it drink silhouette! Manufacturer new and great quality. Unbreakable and collapsible, multifarious from stock bloom flower vase. Just ...
