I design and build tree houses, outdoor classrooms and garden structures, such as gazebos, pergolas, play-houses, barns and cabins. Rail art for some reason tends to lack recognition within some fine art circles but many painters such as Turner, Monet and W.P.Frith included a train in their paintings, not forgetting J.C.Bourne and others who recorded the railway in its early development. Paintings of steam trains, traction engines and other aspects of our industrial heritage can be truly stunning images describing a past era and evoking particular memories for many. Rob Rowland was one of the early pioneers in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) field, and completed the Basic and Advanced Mediation Training Courses offered by the Attorney-Mediators Institute in Dallas in the early 90’s. During the decade of the 1990’s, Mr. Rowland completed well in excess of 1000 mediations spanning all types of civil litigation matters, and was able to maintain a successful settlement ration of 90-95%.
