Thursday, February 21, 2013. We had THE BEST TIME! And Layton and Chaney went to Clyde with Matt's mom (Nana). I'm not sure who had the best vacation! The kids LOVE going "home" to see our families! Chaney started putting two words together! Her favorite songs are row-row your boat, abc's, firework (katy perry), and we are never getting back together (taylor swift). She loves to dance and spin around in circles (a little scary when she does it around the brick fireplace! Oh yeah, there was a hurricane!

Monday, May 31, 2010. This past weekend our little family traveled to West Texas to spend time with our families. It took us about 6 1/2 hours to get there -not too bad. We have been potty training Layton so I wasn't sure how many extra times we were going to have to stop, but he did a great job! The 3 day potty training guide is AMAZING! Totally worked for Layton. Monday, October 17, 2011. Chaney is GroWing so fast! She started crawling this week. Really Chaney? She's only 5&1/2 months. We started feeding her baby food, and so far she likes anything we'll give her. She also likes to shake her head no and then crack up laughing at herself! I love this picture! Layton is doing great in school! On the way to his school in the morning we get a full trip's worth of questions and observations about the cars and people around us amongst other tidbits. Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Our move to Sugar Land/Chaney's 1st Birthday. Of course, she LOVES it! We'll try to give her cow's milk again and hope for more success! We celebrated in Galveston because my mom got married to her boyfriend Will. I was so happy to see everyone! And so happy that my mom found someone that she wants to be with for the rest of her life! We went to my cousin Anna's wedding in Oklahoma City. I made all the food for her bridal breakfast and, if I do say so myself, it was pretty dang.
