Monday, July 25, 2011. Daniel Haldane Bradshaw joined our family on March 25, 2011 at 7:11 pm. It was a very difficult pregnancy and delivery but we are so very grateful to have him in our family! He is such a sweet and happy little guy, it is impossible to imagine our lives without him. Wednesday, January 16, 2008. 3 T butter, divided. 1 T all-purpose flour. 1/4 tsp. pepper. 1-1/2 cups milk (or 1c. milk and 1/2 cream). 4 cups thinly slice peeled potatoes ( I used my mandolin. Slicer to make this a breeze to slice). 1 medium onion, finely chopped. 1 small green pepper, finely chopped. 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs. 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2: In a greased 1-1/2 qt. baking dish, arrange. Half the potatoes, onion and green pepper in layer; cover with half of the sauce. Repeat.

Sunday, May 25, 2008. As Memorial Day approaches, I'm thinking about the many blessings of living in this country. After a year in a foreign land, I remember very distinctly the feelings in my heart the day I returned to American soil and looked up at the American flag.
