Vineri, 22 noiembrie 2013. O mancare de cartofi ar zice unii, da dar o mancare cu suflet, gustul copilariei mele petrecute in Ardeal, unde tot ce se punea pe masa avea gust! Un gust care mi-a ramas peste ani si la care am raportat orice! 6 cartofi medii;. O ceapa alba mare;. 2 lingurite de boia;. Supa de pui 500ml;. Sare si piper;. Piper boabe(dupa gust;. Cimbru si patrunjel;. 150 ml lapte;. O ligura de faina;. 50-70 ml ulei;. Seviti cu afumatura sau simpla cu paine calda! Vizualizați profilul meu complet.

Medalion Calabrese al Forno. Muschi de vita 500g;. 30 ml ulei de masline;. 2 catei de usturoi;. Pasta de tomate 1lingurita;. Sare, piper;. Pregatim formele: intai punem vita, peste aceasta punem spanacul si la sfarsit mozzarela, introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade timp de 15 minute. Serviti cu cartofi la cuptor!

O reteta cu care mi-am impresionat de multe ori musafirii, este reteta care mi s-a cerut cel mai des, si cu care, daca o respectati in tocmai, veti face "cea mai buna lasagna, . mai buna ca a lui Jamie" . cel putin asa sustine fetita mea . Sâmbătă, 20 aprilie 2013. Ei si pentru ca tot ce este bun ingrasa iata-ma si pe mine iesind din iarna cu un bagaj de 5-7 kg, insesizabile ar zice mama, normale pentru "varsta ta" ar zice "prietenii" si de neconceput pentru cineva care se respecta si isi doreste sa arate bine. In concluzie am facut cunostiinta cu domnul Dukan, o sperietoare a tuturor grasutilor, pe care am inceput sa-l imblanzesc, am reusit sa mananc gustos si totusi sa ma incadrez in regimul, foarte strict in aparenta. 4 albusuri de ou;.

Joi, 15 mai 2014. Cel mai bun risotto este totodata si cel mai simplu. 300 g orez Carnaroli;. 50 ml vin alb;. 15l supa de legume;. 25 ml ulei de masline;. 100g Parmigiamo Reggiano;. Taiati ceapa marunt si caliti-o in uleiul de masline, adaugati orezul si prajiti-l cateva minute. Adaugati vinul si lasati sa se evapore alcoolul. Adaugati supa, cate un polonic, incet, incet(nu puneti toata supa odata, nu facem pilaf! Serviti cu: creveti picanti, piept de pui la gratar, sau muschi de vita.
