Website: http:/ rockbridgehunt.org/. Use the Labels to the right as an index. This is merely a list of books and it's a work in progress. I've never seen most of these. I hope to add more links to full text. The books are roughly organized (with plenty of guesswork based on titles and subject headings) into: General Nonfiction, Anthologies, Art and Caricature, Biography and Memoir, Poetry and Songs, Specific Hunts. If a title is a link, it's probably to Amazon. Acton, C. R. The Modern Foxhound. Anstruthe...

Website: http:/ rockbridgehunt.org/. Use the Labels to the right as an index. This is the blog for Rockbridge Hunt. Its use has varied considerably over time and it's been untouched for quite awhile. The Education Committee is going to try to post regularly with substantive pieces on all kinds of topics related to mounted foxhunting. Those topics will frequently be related to what we're reading or what's going on in the hunt field at a particular time of year. Please participate in the discussion.

Website: http:/ rockbridgehunt.org/. Use the Labels to the right as an index. Monday, March 03, 2008. Since there will be no hunting (which would have been rip-snortin', I'm sure) and no hunt report (which would have been scintillating, I'm sure), I thought I'd send out a little explanation of why we canceled hunting. The forecast calls for a high of 36 degrees with wind speed averaging 25 mph. With the wind chill, it's going to feel like 24 degrees. 1 That starts to be not a lot of fun for the riders.

Glenmore, one of the oldest of the 169 Recognized and Registered Hunts in the United States, was organized in 1930 and recognized in 1935 by the. Masters of Foxhounds Association.
