Marcie Mierz grew up in Stamford, Connecticut, and studied psychology at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Marcie moved to Boston after graduation and began work in the technology industry. Marcie currently works in software engineering as a technical project manager. Justin and Marcie live with their two girls - Ava Mae (7 years old) and Sadie (4 years old) - on Atlantic Avenue in Rockport. We look forward to providing guests a comfortable, casual stay.

The Mariner provides guests a genuinely unique Rockport visit. Galleries, shops, and eateries on Bearskin Neck are steps outside the front entrance. The other side of the apartment looks out to Rockport Harbor with a spiral staircase bringing one to Bradley Wharf, home of Motif #1, the iconic red fishing shack and centerpiece of Rockport Harbor. Lobsters are unloaded daily on Bradley Wharf, prepared next door at the Roy Moore Lobster Company, and enjoyed by many on their back deck "in the rough".

Sunday, October 20, 2013. We love to get updates from Rockport-built or -restored boats around the world. We recently received a note from the owners of TRADE WIND, an Alden motor sailer originally built in 1938 for ocean cruising and restored here in 2011. TRADE WIND is still living up to her designer's original intention, having just completed a passage from Rockport, Maine, to the Caribbean. Spend A Day On The Bay. Rockport Market Days started in December of 2009. It operates on the ‘Third’ Saturday of each month, except for May, when it is held on the ‘Second’ Saturday of the month. The hours of operation are from 9am to 4pm. Rockport Market Days is a monthly event, held year-round, that attracts vendors and shoppers alike from as far away as Austin, Texas.
