Overnight Oats Almonds & Chia Seeds Recipe. May 2, 2015. Super Delicious Protein Shake. May 2, 2015. Half a cup rolled oats. 1 spoon chia seeds. 1 dash caramel extract. 1 spoon grated coconut. 1 sprinkle almond flakes. And a cheeky sprinkle of cacao covered coconut strips. Mix oats, chia seeds, milk and caramel extract then garnish with almond flakes, raspberries and coconut. Leave in fridge overnight. Super Delicious Protein Shake.
