Our agent was backed by us and the US Government. Peter was backed by Jesus and all of Heaven. Another thing that came to my mind was how Peter was quick to afterwards give credit to Jesus. Raising your voice…. Trying to stop an echo. November 2, 2008 in God Time. Only You, heal my soul. Today I was on my way to work, and I was listening to a song that said these very words: Only you, heal my soul. I’m not really sure why these words hit me so hard today, except for the fact that lately I have just felt so unworthy to do anything out of the ordinary. Do you ever get like that? I know that God is gracious, and merciful, and compassionate, and loving, but at what point do I push it to far?
