Saturday, November 6, 2010. I am talking to different teachers and all of them tell me the same thing, it is really hard to find a balance to teach the fast learners and the slow learners. I am going to work on that next week and I will come up with different strategies to see if I can get all them interest in the class and in the subject that I will be teaching. I feel a great difference between coaching and teaching. A lot of times I catch myself trying to focus on one student, while I have to focus on the whole class and check the achievements of the whole class. I am making sure when I am doing that I change my focus and look the whole class looking for all the students to see their achievements.
