Pronounced: rent-gun-EIGHT-rix) It sounds a hell of a lot more exciting than "Radiologic Technologist" or "X-ray Tech". The first thing you may ask yourself is, "WTF is a Roentgenatrix? It all started back on November 8, 1895, when Wilhelm Roentgen. Atrix is a gender-specific suffix referring to a female in charge (i.e. dominatrix, executrix). Ergo: Roentgenatrix. It sounds like a superhero!

Thursday, March 19, 2009. I just got off the phone with the certification coordinator at CAMRT. My application was accepted and I am sitting for the exam on May 19th!
