Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Officially, I'm retired from political cartooning. I admit to no longer following politics, voicing political opinions, reading, watching, listening or thinking about current events. I dropped out of the news cycle back in 2008, after Hope and Change took over. I was shocked and disturbed by the massacre that took place on January 7th at the French satirical paper Charlie Hedbo . Monday, December 20, 2010. Another of Mike's duties was selecting, organizing and picking the editorial cartoons to run on the letters page and Op-Ed. He loved cartoons and we bonded after I realized he really didn't want eat me. He would stroll in my office, a big smirk on his face, cartoon in hand and say "Look at this! Thursday, April 23, 2009. A poster I did for the Rolling Stones 3D. my next project! 3D conversion by the amazing Tim Cardinale! I watched him do it. by hand! LET ME KNOW HOW IT READS. All drawn by me and by hand! No computer. all done with a rapidograph. The double 3D image was done by using the original drawing as a large negative and sliced with a damn exacto knife by Tim Cardinale back in 1983. Posted by Valerio Ventura.
