Monday, March 24, 2014. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds(Jeera). 1tsp ginger garlic paste. 3 green chillies finely chopped. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp Amchur powder. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. 1/4 tsp dhane powder. 1/2 tsp Salt to taste. 1Knead maida, ghee, ajwain and salt first. Then add little water to make soft stiff dough. 2Refrigerate for 20 min (in the meantime prepare the filling). 3 now roll in small 6 inch circle. 5 Fill in this filling as instructed before.

Wednesday, January 14, 2015. 5 slice of Bread cut into small pieces or 1 cup of bread crumbs. 1/3 cup Tomato Ketchup. 1 tablespoon caramelised Sugar. 1 red or green Chilli finely chopped. 1 Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius. 2 Mix all the Ingredients well. 3 place it onto greesed loaf tin or shape into loaf on greese bake pan. 4 In a separeate pan mix the sauce ingredients or use sweet chilli sauce. 5 pour the sauce over the loaftop. Simple Recipes tried and tasted :) Awesome! Thursday, June 5, 2014. 10g fresh yeast (2 teaspoon). 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar to dust. Water as per required. Oil to deep fry the doughnuts. 1 Mix yeast in Luke warm water and add sugar and keep aside for fermenting. 2 Sieve Flour make well in the centre and mix in the yeast mixture, milk, water and salt and knead to a well developed soft dough. 3 Keep this dough covered and to rest and rise for 15 min. 4 Now make medium size balls approx 10 balls.

Simple Recipes tried and tasted :) Awesome! Thursday, July 24, 2014. Puris for Pani Puri. Water as required to make soft dough. 2 tsp oil for kneading the dough. Oil to deep fry the Puris. 1 Knead in the Rava, Maida and salt with water for approx 5 minutes. 2 Add 2 tsp of oil and knead it for another 5 minutes till the dough is nice and soft. 3 Keep the dough aside for 30 min. 4 Divide the dough into medium size balls and roll them very thin. 5 Cut them with a small cookie cutter or a tin lid.
