I've recently completed the wiring of a Luxos headlight and taillight on my Bridgestone RB-T. Because this is the most extensive and fastidious wiring I've done on a bicycle yet, I figured it would be worthwhile to share my experiences. I ran the wire from the hub to the fender along the right fender stay, using zip-ties to keep the wire in place.
