Pilz Family Adventures: Homemade Playdough
http://heatherpilzmoves.blogspot.com/2010/10/homemade-playdough.html
Tuesday, October 19, 2010. I felt happy and domestic today so I whipped up a batch of salt playdough. My mom was right. It really dries out your hands. It looks pretty, smells salty, and Josh would not play with it. He had some little buddies come over and they like it though. Sigh! I want to try cornstarch playdough next. That stuff is awesome! If you want to make some salty goodness try this. 2 cups warm water. 1 Tbsp cream of tartar. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Pilz Family Adventures: Rain and potty training
http://heatherpilzmoves.blogspot.com/2010/09/rain-and-potty-training.html
Sunday, September 12, 2010. Rain and potty training. Apparently Baxter is not a fan of the rain. All week it has been sunny and beautiful. Potty training is not a piece of cake. He goes every time I take him outside, which is great and I am taking home out at least 8 times a day, but and at least a few times I don't. Love the little tongue hanging out of the mouth. Pilz Family Adventures: Brownies a la Josh
http://heatherpilzmoves.blogspot.com/2010/11/brownies-la-josh.html
Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Brownies a la Josh. This morning is the second in a row that Josh has trotted over to a brownie mix box and requested that. Today he ate breakfast first, but not yesterday. Personally, I am attributing this one to his daddy. I don't ever eat brownies for breakfast, just leftover apple pie! Life is not the amount of breaths you take, it's the moments that take your breath away. Sunday, November 23, 2008. Look Ma. No Training Wheels! Last Saturday, the 15th I decided that I was going to do my monthly exercise so I went for a walk around the neighborhood. Finlayson Family Fun: June 2010
http://finfamilyfun.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 5, 2010. I just noticed that the last garden entry is pretty old and pretty empty. We've been harvesting chives, rosemary, and lettuce so far. There are some green grape and cherry tomatoes growing. But no major harvesting yet. Here are some pics from today. These will be in our salad tomorrow night for dinner! Rosemary: We've made this into herb butter, spread it on homemade bread, and broiled it in the oven. Yum! Here's something almost ready to harvest. An Eight Ball summer squash.

Rolling With Laughter: Where has our little cat gone?
http://rollingwithlaughter.blogspot.com/2011/01/where-has-our-little-cat-gone.html
Monday, January 10, 2011. Where has our little cat gone? We found a guy on craigslist who fosters cats. He had a couple of them, but the one who seemed best for us was a two year old black and white cat he called Oreo. He was all up to date on his shots and had a sweet temperament. We were sold. And guess who popped out? Our cat spent the day in the dryer. Caleb had opened the dryer to get a pair of jeans and the cat must have gone in there while the door was open.
