This small town of Assisi is jam packed with churches and religious tokens popping out of all the shops. Pretty pot plants. one wonders how one waters them. The basilica of San Francesco. Lots of olive trees growing in every spare space. View from the castle on the top of the hill. the only thing not maintained that well, maybe because it has nothing to do with religion. Its a nice hike up there.

Wednesday, April 4, 2012. I have been VERY lazy and last month i didnt take my camera anywhere! So i had nothing to post. but. i will take more photos and post more in this easter month! Here are a few snapshots, just roaming around rome, by day one way, by night another. Glittering shop windows all beckoning you into buy their designer chinese clothes. Sunday in a wet and lonely Villa Borghese. it took me so long to get there and when i got there it started raining! Photography im exploring at the moment.

Sunday, November 25, 2012. Im getting rather behind in my posting! Sorry about that. a while ago we went to a chocolate festival in a small town outside rome. The towns are built on hills becasue it was wet and swampy in the valley years ago and there was more chance of getting sick because of the wet environment. It was a beautiful day in Norma. In the chocolate factory, some of the old chocolate moulds. The person who finished all the chocolate! The king and queen. It looks like a film set, gorgeous.

The market at the old biscuit mill, the first time ever and it is so amazing. The food market section. Seapoint pools and a beautiful day being enjoyed by all. Tracey on vacation from the bundus. Monday, September 24, 2012. A new house, Milan and some churches. So the running commentary of my life is back on track. thus commenceth my 3rd week in my new house. with one flatmate and one bathroom and an oven that is a bit temperamental. we just have to get to know each other a little better. Seriously, my floors are going to look like this, even if its painted on! Trying to keep francesco and the rest of the heathen hoards out. Its bigger than St peters cathedral. There is a balcony and a view.
