Saturday, November 27, 2010. What a Thanksgiving we had! If you're like our family, we had a TON of leftovers. I had leftover turkey, cornbread sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, and green bean casserole. I decided to take everything and make it into a casserole. Never keep leftovers over 3 days (4 days if you're brave)! This is how bacteria and nasty stuff start growing in your food. It is now day 2 after Thanksgiving, and I decided that it's time to eat it all today or throw it away for good tomorrow!

You just need to get your ingredients the night before, and before you head to work in the morning, you just throw it all in the crock pot.
