Ronc Di Vico was born in 2004,thanks to a Gianni Del Fabbro idea. After many years of hard studies and with the help of an expert viticulturist and friend,. He decide’s to get into the world of viticulture and the process of wine making. First it was just a hobby but after some time it bacame a full-time job,for him and his family. But mostly for his son Lodovico, that has to follow the entire production process from the ground to the client.

Colli Orientali del Friuli. Marna eocenica e strati argillosi. Manuale in cassetta con selezione dei grappoli. Quarta settimana di settembre. Raccolto manualmente in piccole casse da 20 kg. Selezione rigorosa dei grappoli. Diraspatura totale, fermentazione con lieviti indigeni in tini di legno. Macerazione sulle bucce da 20 a 30 giorni. Malolattica ed affinamento in botti di legno. Durata dell’affinamento dai 18 ai 24 mesi. Nessuna chiarifica nè filtrazione.

L’azienda nasce nel 2004 da un’idea di Gianni Del Fabbro il quale, dopo aver studiato l’arte del mestiere con l’aiuto di un famoso e molto qualificato viticoltore del Friuli, decide di prodigarsi nell’arte della viticoltura e vinificazione. La produzione è esigua rispetto all’ estensione dei vigneti in quanto predilige la qualità a dispetto della quantità prodotta. Il nome Ronc di Vico è una dedica al nonno paterno cui Gianni Del Fabbro era molto legato.
