Here are some pics to show the "dark side" of Cameron Highlands! I like this pic - it shows the beautiful break of dawn at Camerons - but it oso shows the haphazard wiring. View from the roof. On the roof of my Café. Monday, May 23, 2005. Weekend at Cameron Highlands (2). Our first "activity" there was to take a walk at the park in Tanah Rata. Everyone were impressed with the flowers grown there. Dun know wat flower is this but it's a beaut, rite? Purple Bougainvillaeas (a.k.a. paper flower). We then came across this interesting hairy bud! From the buds come forth this purple. tongue? The purple petals will brow out of the buds. And bloom into a purple flower!
