For the past three weeks Room 9 have been reading different versions of "The Billy Goats Gruff". We then started researching bridge designs by finding books and pictures at home. Today we chose a design we liked and made our bridges out of straws, ice-block sticks, pipe cleaners, cardboard and lots of sellotape! It was lots of fun!

Tuesday, September 8, 2009. We were on a two and a half hour deadline to complete a forest scene of Little Red Riding Hoods house to Granny's. Of course we had to include Little Red and the Wolf. It was up to us as to what else we wanted to add to our models. We all got down to work and really enjoyed planning and constructing our models. September 17, 2009 at 3:11 AM. I liked to listen to the voices of all the kids telling facts about the animals which some of it even I wasn’t aware of!
