Robert Munsch is my favourite children's author of all time and I love. To read his stories aloud. The reaction of the class is always big! Today was a day of fun and counting in Grade Two! We started the day with skip counting to 50 by 2's, 5's and 10's and then also by 4's, 7's and even 20's. Counting to 50 in 50's didn't take long! We figured out that the kids in our class will turn 50 years old in the years 2055 or 2056! 50 into smaller units. Thursday, 19 November 2015.

Friday, September 25, 2009. Room 21 has had a great term. Here are some of our Plus, Minus and Interesting ideas about term 3. Rock Van - we got to try out different instruments that we hadn't played before. Electives - I got to do the one I wanted. Year 6 tiles - it was fun designing and painting them. Brainathon - it was a challenge to learn all 50 facts. Our clocks - it was fun to make them. Good weather - it was nice to get outside and play sport. Spelling Tests - when we passed! No drama this term.

Sunday, August 9, 2009. The Amazing race By Adam. A student in our class was editing and videoing this video. Sunday, June 21, 2009. On Thursday the 18th and Friday the 19th Illminster school from Gisborne swapped some students from our school with students form their school to compete in a range of sports, from Rugby to Table Tennis. The results were oh so close and it all ended in a tie. Well done all of those who competed hard but fairly. Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Fish and chip footie.
