One picture was from an Easter party. My favorite toy is Spiderman and my second favorite toy is a storm-trooper. In math, we learned about decimals and we learned about how to add and subtract decimals. I like being star of the week and I like learning in school! Happenings in Room 230. Friday, November 4, 2011. This week we finished WKCE testing; we'll some of us are finished. I have a few tests left since I was gone last week. Oh well. This week in writing we learned about paragraphs. When writing a paragraph it's important to stay on topic, have a flow, have a strong topic sentence, supporting details, and a concluding sentence. In reading we talked about nonfiction text features. We have prepared for our nonfiction genre study that we will start next week.
