Last Tuesday we carried out some investigations to help us think about and explain the difference between physical and chemical change. Heating a copper sulphate solution. Heating a sugar cube. Tuesday, 1 November 2016. We put some vinegar into a jar and some baking soda into a rubber glove. We then attached the glove to the top of the jar and lifted one of the fingers.
