Friday, January 20, 2012. Our baby girl is walking! She has been cruisin around the furniture for quite awhile now, and also standing on her own but was too chicken to take a step. Well last night I put her down to stand up while I sat down and she took 2 steps toward me! Saturday, March 17, 2012. Baby girl is 13 months now. This girl is so special to me! During my pregnancy I can't pretend I didn't have mixed feelings. I wondered how to balance my time between the baby and my sweet husband. I felt selfish.and then I had her! How our world changed! The bond between tommy and I grew stronger and stronger and at the same time I had this growing love for my new baby. It was amazing and it continues to amaze me everyday! Now Lyla is 13 months old and crazy! Walking like a pro!

Saturday, November 30, 2013. This year for Thanksgiving we were able to just really relax which was so nice and much needed.and surprisingly, Tommy DIDN'T have to work. What? So we just went to Mel and Gabe's, ate way too much food, then headed to the park where a bunch of the Stapley crew came and played kickball and just let the kids run around and it was great! 3 The Gospel. Who knows where I would be without it. 4 My amazing family. 5 My amazing in laws. I could go on for awhile but those are the one...

Monday, December 30, 2013. Trig's 4.5.and 6 months! Well I got a little behind.as usual. so I'll just do a quick catch up on some things our cute man is up to. Sleeping in his own bed and wakes up like twice a night. Had his first Halloween. Still wakes up usually twice. Rolled over for the first time on December 2 and has only done it one other time so far. Had his first Thanksgiving. Tried oatmeal and hated it the first time then loved it every time after! Wakes up once a night. Had his first Christmas!

Saturday, March 15, 2014. Another lyla thought. :). Our niece Maki comes and babysits and stays the night with us often and lyla has become quite fond of her! Thursday, August 23, 2012. This Easter was so much fun!
