Must have been on facebook now for the last 3hours or so - doig other stuff inbetween of course. But my word you could really get caught up on there dread! And I was good on Tues, it was someone's birthday in work and they brought in a whole load of different flavour cakes, and doughnuts taboot. My hand was reaching in the box, and then I turned and walked away. Fine. Well done. Round of applause. Each day at a time.
