This page is an on-going project and I plan to add to it on a weekly basis. Basic GF White Sauce. 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose GF flour. Seasonings of choice and/or bouillion. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add gf flour and seasonings, stirring until mixed. Immediately add milk, stirring constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbly. 3 TBS unsulfured molasses.
