http://thewonderofitall.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 27, 2006. Not many words right now. I don't have many words right now. I am just kind of hangin in there with life. This week is crazy busy and tomorrow I will either write with joy or ranting anger. Still frustrated with work and lookin for direction. I just feel so blessed to have a wonderful husband and friends who are supportive and encouraging. Tell you all more later. NIGHT- I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted! Mundane Miracles: Rejection, my old friend
http://readaboutrenee.blogspot.com/2011/10/lonelies.html
Looking for the miracles hidden in the everyday. Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Rejection, my old friend. It's amazing how the present can bring up the past and make it seem so real again. Mommyno one wants to play with me at recess anymore. Not even my friends. I ask everybody, and nobody wants to play with me.". Oh how this mama's heart hurt at those words! I dug a little deeper and was able to find out that while she did play by herself at one recess, she played with 2 girl friends during the 2 nd.

Mundane Miracles: Wrestling
http://readaboutrenee.blogspot.com/2011/05/wrestling.html
Looking for the miracles hidden in the everyday. Monday, May 02, 2011. When I was younger and more full of myself, I read the story of how Jacob wrestled with an angel of God. I remember thinking to myself. How could someone wrestle with God? They must be prideful and arrogant. And then to say "I'm not letting go until you bless me? I can't even imagine! I feel like I was up all night wrestling with God.". Oh, how I am like Jacob! It's hard. Unbelievably hard. You'd think it would be easy, right? Today, ...

Mundane Miracles: August 2008
http://readaboutrenee.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Looking for the miracles hidden in the everyday. Saturday, August 23, 2008. Fireworks in the Rain. I have made the decision to start living. For most of my life I have just gone through the motions, getting through each day. Most recently, my days have gone something like this:. Only 2 more hours until naptime. Or "My hubby will be home in 1/2 an hour! And "I can't wait until tomorrow because of such and such.". I spend most of my time just surviving. Existing, but not living. Today was my first day of l...

Mundane Miracles: August 2009
http://readaboutrenee.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Looking for the miracles hidden in the everyday. Thursday, August 13, 2009. Thursday August 13, 2009: 2:00 pm. I've been thinking for a long time about my relationship with blogging. It started out as a great outlet for my thoughts.I have tried my whole life to keep a journal and feel so much better when I do, but thought it would be easiest to type a journal instead of taking the time to 'write' in one. (That might actually make my hand cramp! So I'm going back to basics. Journaling. I was in charge of ...

Ruminations In Seriatim: Why Abortion is the New Slavery
http://onethoughtafteranother.blogspot.com/2015/08/why-abortion-is-new-slavery.html
Thoughts about religion, politics, society, sports, and the weather. Thursday, August 13, 2015. Why Abortion is the New Slavery. There is a pervasive myth that undergirds the practice of abortion, the foundation on which it rests and without which it couldn't continue to exist as a widely accepted activity. That myth is that unborn children are not human beings. Jayme Metzgar over at The Federalist. Has made a compelling case for drawing a straight line between the evil of abortion and the evil of slavery.
