I have been after a food mixer for ages but when we looked at the prices of the new kitchenaid mixers, and the new kenwood mixers we were horrified and decided that we would wait for a bit. Thursday, 10 May 2012. This is francisco and sookie being lifted up by balloons. This is trematon castle. The only issue now is what do i do with it? Tuesday, 8 May 2012. Friday, 20 January 2012. Red, white, blue and a new cardigan. Hello today's post is a little bit of a mix bag. i just downloaded the photos from my camera and realised i have actually been up to quite a lot. it was one of those moments when for the last few weeks i have been wondering what i can blog about and there right in front of me were the answers. Friday, 1 April 2011. Alchemy, or how to make your sour dough starter. I've been making so much bread lately and getting in such a floury mess that i made myself this pinny to try at least to keep my clothes a little bit clean. This seems to be good for all my friends who are getting to sample these lovely handmade loaves. the best compliment i have had came from a 5 year old boy who descibed his bread as 'yummy home sweet home toast'. 1tbsp strong wholemeal bread flour. 3tbsp strong white bread flour.

If like me you have still have beetroots growing in your garden, allotment or window box, and are not sure what to do with them, try these little beauties. they are deliciously moreish and contain one of your five a day so they must be good for you, right? 250g raw beetroot, boiled, peeled and pureed. 250g golden caster sugar. 3 large free range eggs. 150g self raising flour. Heat the oven to gas mark 4 180C. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a pan. Links to this post.
