Tuesday, September 4, 2012. Not) Running through pregnancy. Well, it's been a long time since my last post and a lot of things have changed. As most people know, Drew and I found out in February we would be expecting our first child. This was extremely exciting news for us and we remain very excited. Wednesday, January 23, 2013. It's been a while since my last post, and a lot has happened since then! First of all, and most importantly, Charlotte (my baby girl) was born at the end of October. She is now almost three months, and is an absolute darling. We've been having a great time at home together. Thankfully, the sleep deprivation phase is pretty much over and she is getting through most nights! Everything in Babyville is fantastic. It's amazing to see her develop - and her smiles melt my heart.

Week back in Vancouver. Saturday: off (45 km bike ride). Monday: bike to banff and back (50 km). Tuesday: Run - 85'. Wednesday: Hike - heart mountain (5 hours). Thursday: Run - 60'.
