Sunday, December 26, 2004. Blogging From My Bedroom. Father Christmas brought me a laptop. Very exciting because it came as a complete surprise. Also, we now have wireless internet access at home so I can use it wherever I like. It's great! Lots and lots of thanks Ed. For spending into the early hours of this morning getting it all working. Friday, July 20, 2007. I've spent all morning trying to get a complicated calculation to work. Checked all of the different values twice, did it by hand to see if I'd put something into Excel wrong, no luck. Have eventually realised that I was getting my Greek letters mixed up. g and l look far too similar to me! That's gamma and lambda - blogger doesn't seem to have symbol font). The voting has been changed to open before the first act sings. I probably can't take full credit for this but I think it's a positive change.
