Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Can't believe it's been almost a year since our last post! So much has been going on and we've been so busy. Our little lady will be two at the end of this month. She is so amazing and such a great little girl. She loves to sing, dance and is so much fun! What a great and challenging age. My kids are however, so this recipe I adapted for our family size and likes from CruchyCreamySweet.com "Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta." March 31, 2012. 2 c medium shell pasta, cooked according to package directions. 1 Tbsp. oil. 1 14-oz can artichoke hearts, quartered. 1/2 c chopped tomato (optional). 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 c pesto (4 cloves garlic, minced, 2 c. fresh or 2 Tbsp. dried basil, 1/3 c. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper; mix).
