Baton Rouge Eats
http://br-eats.livejournal.com/tag/monjunis
Feb 22nd, 2010. I'm a huge fan of Monjuni's. And their Aurora sauce, so I tend to crave it specifically. They have two locations in Baton Rouge, one on Jefferson Hwy (close to Government) and the other on Highland Rd (in the Kenilworth Shopping Center). When I went recently, set on ordering pasta, the waitress was all "today's soup is twice baked potato" so I was like "fine". It was quite heavenly. I may have to start specifically craving their soup now. Posted at 12:45 am. Aug 12th, 2008. Posted at 03:0...

Aug 26th, 2010. Okay so this was actually my last meal before I moved to Chicago.maybe it's ironic that I had a steak before I moved to the Midwest, but damn if it wasn't an amazing steak. You should definitely eat at Doe's. King filet and hand cut fries. Medium rare done right. It was like butter in my mouth. Posted at 05:38 pm. Aug 9th, 2010. First of all, I am moving to Chicago in two weeks, so I thought I'd see if anyone was interested in taking over the position of moderator. Two, I ate at Calendar's.

Wine Walk - Baton Rouge Eats

Something new at my favorite place, Perkins Rowe: the Wine Walk! My waitor at the Grillroom (Food was spectacular, as usual! Told me about it. Every Thursday, you pay $10 and you get two glasses of wine from four different restaurants. That's 8 glasses of wine for $10! I apologize that I didn't think to get the other restaurants' names or starting times and whatnot. I wasn't really worried because I can't go till next week. Just thought I'd share. Religion is the smile on a dog. (. Religion is the smile on a dog. Last night I took my grnadmother to the funeral of one of her friends. After the funeral, I was helping grandma into my car. I had left my driver's side door open while I was doing this and all of the sudden it slammed shut. No, I wasnt parked on a slope, and there was no wind. I kind of laughed and told grandma that Esther wanted to come along. A strange, monkey like thing. Is that weird or am I hallucinating? Post a new comment.

Hi, longtime lurker, first time poster. I had a question. I'm writing a horror story about one of the gates of hell opening up on halloween and was wondering if anyone has any information on any of the gates. I've heard of stull and hell's gate, but is there any other place out there? Also, does anyone know anything supernatural about Maine? I had wanted to place my story in Cape Elizabeth Maine(Or any town with docks or some sort of seaport), but I wasn't sure how much stuff actually happens in that area.

Crescent Hotel: spookylegends
http://spookylegends.livejournal.com/68407.html
The hotel has a colorful history. The most interesting fact is that it was used as a "cancer cure center" where a crazed fake Dr. Baker performed guesome experiments on patients. We didn't catch any faces or forms of ghost like we did at The Myrtles, but we got plenty of orbs! This is us waiting for the tour to begin. There is a very faint orb to the left of the picture. It seems to have a streak,as though traveling downward. Not that exciting, I know. But it gets better. The hallways were full of orbs!
