Located in Kensington, CT, Rotating Composite Technologies, LLC is a small company founded in 2007 whose roots, including staff, owners, and Intellectual Property, are derived from ACI (AeroComposites, Inc.). Built by Urban Aeronautics, pusher propellers for L3 Communications’ Mobius. Aircraft, a 7-bladed 300-HP fan for NASA’s PAV. That recently set a new speed record of 250-knots in level flight and 260-knots in a slow dive.
