Thanks for the training! I went from trailing the lead group, even getting lapped last summer to staying with the breaks and not getting gapped today. So fun! I feel as though I have turned a corner in my racing fitness since working with you. Although my finish wasnt Top 10 I felt great the majority of the race. Since it was my first Cat 3 race, my main concern was not getting dropped but after that last climb I could see how others were beginning to really hurt and I was still feeling good!

Road Race in the Austin area have been the season opener for road racing in Texas. Deep fields in the Pro/1 race with a good bunch of riders from Texas and out-of-state make for a challenging weekend in late February.
