July 10, 2015. 2 tablespoons of oil. 175ml Sparkling mineral water. 1 table spoon of sugar. And then for the elder flower! We all followed the recipe to make the batter. Next we headed out to the woods. With the mixture in hand! On the way we stopped of to get some Elder flower. July 10, 2015. 6oz self raising flower.

December 12, 2014. There were still some leeks kicking about so this week I thought we would put them and some cheese into soda bread- using the plain soda bread recipe from this book. A nice morning regardless. Bread in oven we set off. A good bit of puddle jumping sport. A very early flowering winter sweet.
