Brand design, naming, and campaign development. Rise is business that provides short-term loans for people with credit problems. The goal of our communications was to empower our audience, give them the confidence to be financially responsible and own-up to their debt. The naming and branding that my writing partner and I created for Rise was eventually refined into television commercials and other media. The whimsical tone of these ads makes the prospect of borrowing short-term cash seem less daunting.

The brand needed to convey something different than the all-to-serious companies in the golf marketplace do. So an imaginary man named Mr. Green was created; a self-proclaimed style curator and authority on how to properly dress for golf.
