Monday, September 28, 2009. 1 8 oz cream cheese softened. 4 c powdered sugar. 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted. Place cream cheese in bowl and slowly add the powdered sugar while mixing. then add the melted chocolate and stir well. Then add vanilla and nuts.
