Welcome to my portfolio website. Artist, illustrator and designer. Since graduating with a Masters in Fine Art at Rhodes University over two decades ago, I have been designing images in different formats, media and applications. It’s all I’ve ever done (besides raising two boys, climbing ladders and fetching cricket balls off the roof). For this I’ve been using Flash, some HTML, CSS and an arsenal of digital design tools including dabbling in 3D packages like Swift3d and Zbrush.

With the US gun-debate in full-swing in the aftermath of the latest mass-shooting (Connecticut 2012), I find myself wishing it would become less of a gun-debate and more of a cultural-priorities debate. Having just read yet a few more essays and articles [1]. To get away from the culture of binge-drinking. To get away from the undercurrent of day-to-day violence and frustration.
