There is a guy online who styles himself 'Pitsford Pirate' selling fly lines. He is often to be found in threads in a main Fly Fishing Forum. I bought a fly line from him and it was not as described. When I asked for an exchange I was told flat I was wrong and he was right and that was an end to the matter. Be very careful in placing an order with this person. He is well named pirate. Rowbank Angling Club
One of Scotland's oldest angling clubs. Rowbank reservoir near Howwood, Renfrewshire. Rowbank and Barcraigs reservoirs are fly only. Brown trout only, covering 96.65 acres of water with pine trees hills and rolling farmland. 478 ft above sea level, the perimeter is 5666 yds, and maximum depth is 33ft. Beautiful scenery and varied settings. Fly fishing only, no wading above the knee. Season: March 15th - October 6th only. Season: open all year to members, March 15th - October 6th for Day Tickets .

Well another year is upon us , and we already have a new car park and hut , maybe just maybe we will get some boats , what scope that would give those members who fish the reservoirs. I just hope and pray that the committee and members get together and find a way of getting boats .
