http://houstonhalf.blogspot.com/2010/01/sleepy-time.html
Wednesday, January 13, 2010. It's 5:00 am here and the mornings just get earlier and earlier! I'm trying to train my body to wake up 15 minutes earlier every morning with the idea that I go to bed earlier, which will help me the night before the race (I plan on getting up around 4:00 am this Sunday so I need to go to bed around 8:00! Okay, okay, I know this is a tad. Overboard but can't you tell I'm doing everything in my power to make this Sunday a success and not a total flop? Isn't he the greatest?
