Monday, September 2, 2013. Savannah - Big oak trees. One of the things that Debbie and I really enjoyed seeing were the huge oak trees. Especially the ones with Spanish moss hanging from the branches. The photos do not do them justice. A typical median along several of the streets in the historic district. The oak trees create an arch over the sidewalk along Bay Street just south of the river. A huge tree in a median along Jones Street not far from where we stayed. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Hee hee hee hee. Links to this post. Debbie and I stopped and watched some baby horses at the OSU equine facility this evening. They were not as people friendly as the babies last spring. But they were frisky! Check out the video. Baby horses running through the pasture. This little girl was near the fence, but she was not sure about getting close to us. Safer near momma.. Momma snorted and came close to us. Baby Girl kept an eye on us.. Links to this post.

Sunday, December 25, 2011. As well as Debbie and I can remember, this is the first Christmas morning we have spent without at least one of our daughters in the house. Tara, John, Evie, Maggie and Oliver went back to Greenville yesterday. Kelsey is with Jeremy's family in Bristow. Megan is with Nolan. Debbie and I went to For Pete's Sake and bought a couple of OSU shirts. Like we need more of those, right? Debbie made a very tasty batch of red beans and rice last nite. Have a great day.
