But in the silence of my evening strolls walking our youngest to sleep I have had time to see how God is at work in a painful reawakening of a season of my life through a quick comment made in all innocence on facebook with no awareness of the writer (a friend) to the very different words I would have used to describe the situation he was describing. As I move towards the final year of my PhD Roz and I are naturally asking the question of what happens next once the PhD has finished (or even what might happen as the PhD is finished off). Where might such study lead Roz and I? There are two basic ideas we have at the moment (while being very open to God’s surprises in this area). Located near to a church where Roz and I can both be involved in all levels of congregational life.
