Sunday, February 12, 2017. Hunkering Down on a Sunday. Rozs Ratatouille - wonderful with fish dishes. We have a forecast of the temperature rising and going into double figures by midweek - but at the moment, we have grey skies and a bitterly cold wind blowing across the south of England.
