Then, you wake up in the morning and everything hurts. At times I just stop working out or other things and stay home to try and feel grounded and safe. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. No leads at the moment, and what do we do now? Plus, lots of symptoms were flaring up as now. Today, we're using more acupuncture massage to try and have better chi flow. Now, in addition to occasional heart pain I have other pain all over. It's not because of working out too hard, or injuring myself. So why do I have it? The second doctor prescribed extra pain medication. Give it two days. If you still have pain, go to an ER and have a blood test done to check for possible infections. If you don't stay away from stimulants (refined sugar, salt, MSG, processed soy), this will magnify that trapped energy. Every trauma survivor is different. But, they all deserve to be heard. Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Another long day of fighting symptoms. Don't dissociate. Don't black out. Protect yourself. Dissociating will only make pain worse. You scream and fight to keep some sense of being grounded. You can't do nothing. Many times the usual grounding techniques don't work. What then? Don't dissociate. Don't black out. On bad days, I just stay home and rest. Protect yourself. What else can you do? Pain Is Flooding Out.
