Monday, June 20, 2011. Work, Racing, and Bike Lanes. Stay the course, brush the stress of your back and good things will come. In this two week period, I was able to make a ton of money working banquets, finally got my unemployment payments squared away, and thanks to Danielle's parents for buying us some condo insurance last year, we were able to get a nice check from them to replace our food and fridge! It is just another example of the progress we can make in a community when we combine our interests toward a common goal. Tomorrow starts the Vail Recreation District Short Track MTB Series. Thank you to everyone near and far who is getting...

Thursday, December 16, 2010. 2011 Mountain Bike Race Season Plan. After some careful thinking, planning, and scheduling I think I have found a good season race plan for 2011. It allows me to work my way into a more ultra-endurance specific season while getting out there for some of the best races out there. After looking into all the races available, the hardest part was choosing which ones interested me the most. Thoughts of, do I race to travel more?
