WINTER FE . February 28, 2015. San Antonio, TX. St Mark's Episcopal Church. Boy and girl choristers 3rd grade and up. Begins at 9:00 AM, with a 3:00 PM Evensong. The 2015 Gulf Coast Course Winter Festival will be on Saturday, February 28, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. In San Antonio, TX. The festival will be a one-day event with check-in beginning at 9:00 AM. The choristers will rehearse throughout the day and prepare for the Evensong at 3:00 PM, held at St. Mark's. The RSCM Gulf Coast Course moved to Houston, Texas in 2006 from Pensacola, Florida. The Gulf Coast Course is one of three courses west of the Mississippi River. There are a total of ten summer courses throughout the United States and Canada. The Gulf Coast Course is an all-girls course which allows opportunities for lasting friendships to be made and to instill a love of sacred music. 2016 will be the 11 year anniversary of the Gulf Coast Course in Houston.
