We did, and we drove over there. The owner was sitting outside and he confirmed that the farm is known as "Lilla Vinnerstad" to this day. Here is the Vinnerstadskyrka. It dates from the 1300s and seems in good repair, but it is only occasionally used for services today. Nonetheless, the cemetery is immaculate. Do you see all of the watering cans hung by the fence. They are for family members to use when they come to tend their loved ones graves.

Saint Remigius Catholic Church. Mary Ann's great grandmother, Mary Ullrich was baptised here. The Diedesfelder Rathaus was built in 1751. In the arcade beneath the building is a watering trough said to be over 500 years old and carved from one stone. The splashing water makes it a delightful place to be on a hot day.
