For lunch we were provided with a nice noodle dish before cooling off with a quick dip in the amazing Railey beach. By the end of the days climbing my forearms were absolutely knackered so getting tithe top of the last climb was hard, particularly hard because of the heavy rain and thunderstorm that were now coming down around us!
